Memory Lane: a short note on our customers and why we care about them
Dublin, Ireland, October 18th, 2026. Guys, just remember that VentureCraft1VentureCraft is Dubsof’s commercial wing. is not just about hitting numbers and slamming contracts, though in one way it very much is. It’s really about bringing the customer away from the office they’re sitting in, away from every single other B2B conversation they’ve ever had, away from every other thought that has bombarded their day, away from all of the annoying things they have to worry about, and bringing them on a trip back to the day they started or took on the business they now run, back when they had great plans to dominate their field and change the way things were done, when they put fresh eyes on old problems and the whole world looked wide open to them.
The feeling they never forget
Every business owner still standing today had that same feeling, and it is something they will never forget: the feeling of bringing their company to the front of the stage, with processes and procedures running smoothly and effortlessly through the healthy veins of the organisation, where they could hold their head up high and focus on what actually matters to them, real human connection with their customers and the growth of what they are building.
But that feeling has slowly become a tarnished, corrupted and misplaced image in their minds, one where that real spark of hope has been diminished, worn down and replaced by the grind of fixing whatever problem comes up next. That little spark got bullied, beaten and squeezed out of relevance for too many of them, and it is a huge shame that no one in technology has solved the problem behind this.
The elastic string
Yet in every single one of these business owners there is still, somewhere, somehow, a tiny elastic string connecting the present to the past, stretching thinner and more fragile by the day, month, year, decade. That string of hope, that minuscule miracle bridge, is exactly what we have the ability to locate and uncover from under the years of erosion, like an archaeologist carefully brushing the dirt off from the buried prize.
We have a once in a generation opportunity to help every business owner find that thing they know is still there, and to reinforce it with hope, confidence and clarity. When we find it, when we catch that microsecond flicker in the owner’s eyes that says they want a better business and a new shot at how things could be, it is our job to run, with them, a hundred miles straight to the source, fill their picture with the past, and show them how we will carry that hidden dream back into the present with our products and incredibly competent staff.
We are not selling to these companies; we are taking their hand and guiding them toward the full, vast picture they forgot they could see.
Company by company
That is not a gift everybody has, but it is a gift we have here at Dubsof, and that trip down memory lane makes them forget the strained operations they deal with day to day and remember the calling they always wished they had. We are not selling to these companies; we are taking their hand and guiding them toward the full, vast picture they forgot they could see, and we will do it again and again, company by company, until the economies of the world run like the presses inside a commercial printer, or run like the automated packing line in a factory, or like the sausage machines in a meat processor, or run like the trucks on the road for a family owned haulage company. It is all the one, we know this is our guide to growing and we are making this happen.
The next time you speak to a company owner on the phone or meet them in person in their kingdom, tread gently as you walk around the floor, speak with conviction and true belief in why you are there, and remember that your mission or goal does not restart with each new company; it expands to bring more people on a trip down memory lane.
